The breakfast service was questionable. i waited a solid 20 minutes in line to get a table. I think prioritizing in-house guests would be a basic courtesy. also, a concierge called my room at 12:03 pm sharp to remind me about checkout time. it seemed like i was being rushed out, and frankly, three minutes hardly warrants that kind of treatment. It was as if they were eager to usher me out the door

it felt clean, very comfortable, and my bed brought the most restful sleep. i remember the lemon and verbena scent from the toiletries.
the club lounge had poor service. breakfast food trays wasn't refilled on time. it took ages to refill food like bacon and rice. sunny side up eggs came after what seemed like forever, and i could not eat them anymore.

I stayed for a few nights and i must say, the staff were attentive, especially during breakfast (chef jude is awesome!). john made sure we had everything we needed. He even remembered our coffee preferences each morning. the hotel's attention to detail and prompt service, i'm definitely planning another visit soon!
while i enjoyed my stay, the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite as effective as i expected. the thermostat read 19 degrees, but the room didn't feel that cool, hopefully this is something the maintenance team can address to improve guest comfort.

the beautiful room club access was well-appointed and spacious. the linens were fresh and contributed to restful sleep. i did appreciate the ample space which allowed for relaxation and productivity.

the hotel staff consistently showed attentiveness and speed in clearing tables. they brought a cake and sang to celebrate special occasions (i witnessed it firsthand!). this level of service added a personal touch to the overall experience.
